About this machine
Where it fits
The 4-40C presses on a 40-second cycle from a 9.6 kW machine, for 3,000–3,500 pieces a day. It carries more hydraulic headroom than the 4-35C at the same daily output, on a heavier 1,200 kg frame.
What ships with it
The press arrives with a JW-500 pan mixer and a B500-6 belt conveyor. The mixer works at 350 L per batch on its own 7.5 kW motor and weighs 450 kg; the conveyor is rated 20 t/h. Shipping volume is 5 CBM for the press, 2.2 CBM for the mixer and 2.5 CBM for the conveyor.
How the cycle runs
Semi-automatic: the operator drives the press from a forward/reverse switch. Three 2.2 kW vibration motors sit on the mould box and compact the mix electrically, while a 3 kW motor through a reducer drives the lifting arm. Pressing is hydraulic.
