About this machine
Where it fits
The 4-35C is the volume model of the range: 3,000–3,500 pieces a day on the lowest power draw of the three, 7.5 kW. At 800 kg it is also the lightest, so it is the easiest of the range to ship and set up.
What ships with it
JW-500 pan mixer and B500-6 belt conveyor as standard: 350 L per batch from a 7.5 kW motor, and a 20 t/h conveyor. The mixer weighs 450 kg and the conveyor 300 kg. Shipping volume is 5 CBM for the press, 2.2 CBM for the mixer and 2.5 CBM for the conveyor.
How the cycle runs
40 seconds per cycle, controlled semi-automatically from a forward/reverse switch. Vibration motors on the mould box compact the mix electrically, and the press force is hydraulic.
